The real estate market of Gresham, Oregon, located about 20 miles east of downtown Portland, is the fourth largest city in Oregon. The community, which is situated near the beginning of the Cascade foothills, is home to more than 102,000 residents living here. Gresham is best known for its extensive neighborhood public park system, its many historic site tours and its monthly downtown art events.

Among these are the Gresham Arts Festival held each July, the Mount Hood Jazz Festival in October, and the Spirit of Christmas Celebration in December. Gresham is also home to a seasonal farmers' market and three historic homes turned museums for touring. The Center for the Arts Plaza, the home of the Columbia River Symphony, is also located in Gresham as is the Shoebox Theater, a popular regional venue. Of course, nearby Portland offers a variety of additional attractions, including the Picton Manor, the Portland Museum of Art, the Portland Children's Museum and the Oregon Historical Museum.
